Every great shift begins as a quiet refusal. A refusal to blend in, to follow the script, to do the same for broad approval. I believe your life is meant to be passionate and your work should be a little dangerous — the kind that turns heads, raises eyebrows, and maybe makes one person at the table say, “Wait… can we do that?” (Spoiler: Yes. Yes, we can.)
Because real creativity doesn’t come from playing it safe. It comes from breaking the algorithm, the mold, the expectation. That’s not just design. That’s defiance. And that's your cue.
My work lives at the intersection of body wisdom, business brilliance, and unapologetic personal power.
I’ve rebuilt everything — more than once — and now I help other women do the same, without losing their energy, essence, or edge.
Now I lead from the body. From strategy. From deep knowing.
And I teach other world-changers how to do the same.
When you use human design to push back against apathy — to wake people up, to invite them in, to show them what’s possible — you’re not just living. You’re leading a movement.
Make no mistake: this is how your future is built. It's designed. One not-playing-it-safe decision. One proof point that your work isn’t for everyone. It’s for the ones who are ready.
All you need to do is decide.
Are you ready?

Direct but deeply compassionate. Honest enough to challenge you. Grounded enough to hold you.

The SweetSpot of science + soul.
Health coaching meets business mentorship. Human Design, nervous system work, and strategy that scales.

I’ve led £2B comms teams, run multi-million-pound hospitality empires, trained at the highest level of coaching, survived breast cancer, done IVF, divorced, remarried, and still ran marathons in between.
I know how to rebuild — with joy, clarity, and zero tolerance for BS.
And I help brilliant women do the same, in their bodies and their businesses.
Somewhere between the never ending venue openings and perfectly procured brands, I saw the same thing again and again: a life that looked good… but said nothing. I was like everyone else, climbing a ladder, pouring my passion into big business, I wasn't sure where it was all going.
So I did what every cancer survivor eventually must — I rewrote the story.
With one foot in multi million business and the other in deep transformation, I founded Élea to bring edge, elegance, and emotional clarity back to life. My signature approach?
Find the truth no one else is telling. Then build a life, body and strategy around it. I believe modern living should feel more like a movement.
And I’m here to make sure your life doesn’t whisper when it was meant to roar.
My dogs are the great loves of my life.
Latte in the mornings, iced matcha in the afternoons.
If I didn't work in personal development, I'd be a designer. I love design.
A bar with a great espresso martini loves to see me coming.

A LOOK INSIDE MY LIFE (OR TIMELINE)
Still here? Perfect. If we're going to work together, we gotta go a little deeper. Here are my answers to the famously big questions, a la Vanity Fair.
What’s your idea of perfect happiness?
A sunlit terrace, a fully-charged laptop, dogs, husband, daughter and a steady supply of tea, coffee and jalsberg toasties.
What’s your greatest extravagance?
My website. She was made for me and me alone (even though she's a template!).
On what occasion do you lie?
When asked how long a “quick edit” will take.
Which historical figure do you most identify yourself with?
Marilyn Monroe minus the drugs, daddy issues and untimely death. Why? She was unapologetically doing her thing.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Modesty. You’re allowed to say you’re good at what you do. And preferably how good.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I’d stop pretending I can do linear time. There is nothing linear about me.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Beating cancer, making IVF work, believing in love and building something brave enough to help other people be bold.
What is your most marked characteristic?
Curious brain. Rebel heart. Obsessive attention to the finer details people say that unlocks their truth.
What do you most value in your friends?
Emotional precision, wit, spontaneous voice notes, and the willingness to call me on my BS.
How do you take your martini?
Expresso. Obviously.
