I was raised by a famous author who taught me never to be boring and an entrepreneur who taught me to do what I say I’m going to do, or don’t say it at all.

By 15, those rules felt irrelevant.
My mum died of breast cancer.
My dad and everyone else I trusted disappeared. And I learned how to survive by spending money, performing confidence, and chasing love in all the wrong places.

By 37 I had a distinction in my Master’s, a PhD offer, a six-figure salary, six figures in debt, no self-worth, and a trail of broken relationships. Because you can be high-achieving and still bleeding out silently behind the scenes.

My turning point wasn’t success.
It was choosing to become a mother after swearing I never would. I transformed my health, rewired my life, and turned a 15% IVF chance into a baby girl.

I thought that was the happy ending.

Then came the diagnosis. Breast cancer, just like my mum.
I’d only just left a marriage where he’d wanted to emotionally control me, his frustration was I had no emotions left to control , I was heavily in debt and broken. My daughter was four. And I made a decision: this story ends with me.

In the midst of chemo and life changing surgery, I was advised to file for bankruptcy.
I chose to rebuild instead.

Now?
I'm debt-free, cancer-free, glowing from the inside out, met and married the love of my life, running marathons, and leading my daughter into a legacy of health and power that starts in the body and touches every part of life.
The patterns I inherited will not pass through me. Not on my watch.
